Who can join the referral program?

Anyone with a Judge My Landlord account — tenants, landlords, or anyone signed up. Create an account and your link is ready instantly.

Do I need to be a landlord to earn?

No. You only need to refer a landlord. Tenants, friends, journalists, podcast hosts — anyone can refer.

How long do referrals stay attributed to me?

90 days. If someone clicks your link and signs up within 90 days, we tag the account as your referral permanently.

When do I get paid?

Earnings appear instantly when a referred landlord pays their subscription. Request a payout anytime your balance is over $10 — we send PayPal or Venmo within a few business days.

Why only the first 2 months?

It keeps the program sustainable while still rewarding meaningful introductions. After 2 months, the subscription continues normally and you keep your earnings.

Can I refer myself?

No — self-referrals are automatically blocked. If you try to use your own link, we won't attribute it. Fraud detection is automatic.

What if the landlord cancels?

As long as the subscription payment cleared, the commission is yours. Refunded or charged-back payments may have their commissions voided.
