  • Dispute Cases: If your verification is involved in an ongoing dispute, documents may be retained until resolution.

  • For landlords: business name, contact information you choose to display, and response content.

  • Payment Processing (Stripe): Processes payments for premium features and subscriptions;
  • Email Services (Brevo): Sends transactional and marketing emails;
  • Security & CDN (Cloudflare): Provides security, performance, and file storage;
  • Analytics (Google Analytics): Helps us understand platform usage;
  • Cloud Hosting: Data storage and server infrastructure;
  • Content Moderation: Automated content review services.
