"It was okay overall. The amenities were great when they were open (The pool was closed 95% of spring semester). No refund for community fee even though pool was under renovation and all cabanas,hammocks, or volleyball courts. But overall nice experience. "

"I experienced ongoing mold and water damage issues during my tenancy that I do not believe were ever fully remediated. While some repairs were attempted and rent was previously abated for a period of time, there are still unresolved concerns in the unit. Communication with management became increasingly difficult during the process, and I often struggled to get clear information regarding repairs and tenancy status. I would strongly encourage future tenants to carefully document all maintenance concerns, keep written communication records, and advocate for themselves early if habitability issues arise. There were also ongoing issues with stolen packages in the building that did not seem to be meaningfully addressed, which added additional stress and security concerns during my time there. "

"Was a great tenant - always paid on time or early. Didn’t bother him with any maintenance unless it was an emergency which happened only twice in 3 years. Never was loud or had people over. When it came to returning my security deposit, he took over 60 days which means he legally could not withhold anything. He made some wild claims that were completely wrong to try to justify charging me for things that fell under normal wear and tear. He ended up giving back most of my deposit but it legally should have been all of it. "

Spent millions on unnecessary renovations to their leasing office and screwed the hundreds of students that live there. $10,000 to get out of my lease. “No units available” for me to transfer units, then “We’d hate for you to pay the $200 transfer fee with 10 months left, you can wait it out.” Changed visitor parking on a whim illegally and changed it back. Just overall horrible. The bugs. Oh my god the bugs. My roommate had carpenter ants crawl out of her bathtub and toilet, the roaches were incessant (no, not water bugs. Roaches.) I could not believe the squalor so many students have to live in. "
